Helena attended several Capitol Summits before becoming part of the team that now produces the event. She is particularly passionate about immigration advocacy, inspired by her father’s experience as a Holocaust refugee.

 

Her professional background is in project management, conference production, and program management, with expertise in organizational improvement and change leadership. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PROSCI Certified Change Manager, and PMP-certified Project Manager.

 

Helena enjoys entertaining, traveling, and studying the cultural anthropology of religion. She and her husband are enjoying their empty-nesting years in the San Francisco East Bay, and she is a member of Temple Sinai in Oakland.
